Our machines combine our state-of-the-art vibration technology with standardized machinery modules to create a custom solution tailored to each customer’s needs and requirements.
As a result, a very comprehensive program with proven systems for the production and handling of precast concrete products has evolved.


Vibration Technology

When working with dry-cast concrete, quality vibration tables with the right vibration technology is required for the complete and uniform consolidation of the concrete, and VITAL for the quality of the concrete products produced.

At Teksam, our focus is on developing an improved vibration technology, enabling our customers to fully control the vibration.

Our quality vibration tables are made with this improved vibration technology, which enables the vibrator to generate uni-directional vibration. The vibration frequency and the amplitude are infinitely adjustable, while molds are securely attached to the sturdy and rigid vibration table by means of hydraulically activated mold clamps.

All of this results in a denser, more uniformly consolidated product with an optimum surface appearance of the concrete.

These different design elements minimize wear on the mold equipment and ensures that the changeover of mold equipment can be accomplished in a short time.

Table Types

We provide different types of vibration tables that are developed with our improved vibration technology, resulting in a uniformly consolideted product.

VUX – The X-Shaped Vibration Table

The VUX table is the original table type that Teksam developed.

The main advantage of this type is the increased rigidity of the main structure, obtained without increasing the weight.

This ensures an optimized and equalized transfer of vibration into the concrete.

This type was initially designed and engineered for the production of round and square products, for which they made a perfect mold support.

Today, the X-shaped vibration table is being used by our customers for the production of a large variety of concrete products, however, it has proven to be highly efficient for the production of products like manhole components, catch basins, and pipes. See more examples.

The X-shaped vibration table is available in a variety of sizes, capable of producing concrete products up to 3 meters / 120” in diameter.

VUB – The B-Shaped Vibration Table (BEAM)

The B-shaped vibration table is very suitable for the production of concrete products that are long and narrow, such as u-channels, road barriers, and hog & cattle slats. See more examples.

This type of vibration table is also engineered with a focus on low weight and increased rigidity. A top priority for Teksam is ensuring optimized support & locking of molds to the vibration table, in order to establish an efficient transfer of vibration into the concrete!

Today, we market 5 standardized models of B-shaped vibration units and have supplied a large number of customized vibration tables for the production of concrete products weighing up to 20 ton.

VUBX – The BX-Shaped Vibration Table (BEAM + X)

As the marketplace evolved, we received more requests for production flexibility, so that multiple product geometries could be produced on the same vibration table. This resulted in the development of the BX-shaped vibration table that combines the advantages provided by both the X-shaped and the B-shaped types.

The BX-shaped vibration table is the most versatile on the market and would be a great choice for the production of larger products such as box culverts, large tanks and large diameter pipes. See more examples.

It is customized to meet specific customer requirements for the production of concrete products with a weight up to 30 ton.
