Teksam Vibrator

Teksam has a series of 12 different hydraulically driven unidirectional vibrators. They cover a range from 0-10.000 RPMīs and provides a force up to 320 kN/vibrator.

The vibration frequency (the RPM's of the vibrator) can be infinitely adjusted and is displayed digitally.

The unbalance of the vibrators is adjustable by turning the external fly-weights "relative" to the internal fly-weighs.

This provides a way to control the amplitude being generated in relationship to the weight and height of the product being produced.

By controlling these important variables (frequency and amplitude) while vibrating concrete, the Teksam units can achieve optimum compaction, density and external visual quality.
